Goal 3 - Get up to 3 miles in 33 minutes and then hit Goal 2.

2 Mi

5/13 8:00pm 2 mile - 25 Minutes run 10 minutes straight run, 4ish minute walk, 50 yard-ish Sprint, another minute or so walk, and then 8 minutes more run, finished up with 2 minutes walk. Then I hit the shower.

Knee's swollen, ankles a little sore.

Goal 1 - Run the entire 2 miles
Goal 2 - Sub 17:30

Working out

This is going to be a depressing blog about each of my workouts - my plan is to work out, get on here and post what I did (probably after a shower) and Hopefully this will embarrass me enough to start doing more and doing it regularly.
